Order Cancellation
- You may cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — you may instead request a return once it is delivered (see our Shipping & Return Policy).
- eBook orders are delivered instantly and cannot be cancelled once the download link has been generated.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued for: cancelled orders (before dispatch), approved returns (damaged/defective/wrong item), and duplicate or failed payments where money was debited but the order was not placed.
- Once a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method (Card / UPI / Net Banking / Wallet) used at checkout.
- Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- No refunds are issued for eBooks/digital downloads once the file has been delivered, except in case of a technical error on our part.
Failed / Duplicate Payments
If an amount is debited from your account but the order does not reflect on our
website, please do not place a fresh order immediately. Contact us with your
payment reference / transaction ID and we will verify and refund the amount if no
corresponding order was created.
